4 DAY BEEF & BUTTER FAST

About me

 

First I would like to put out a big disclaimer that I am in no shape or fashion a nutritionist.  I am one of those young active professional, mother of 2, soon to get married who and tried countless diet, nutrition plans and you name it.

 
After my first kid was born, I was left with an extra 80 pounds!!! Yes you read that right, 8-0! I went to a nutritionist who put me on that low (very low, like no) carbs & sugar diet  which worked amazingly for me.  Except that I had no idea what I was doing.  I was pretty much doing what she was telling me to do and texting her when I had a question. 

 

My business was keeping me super busy so I was ok with that.
 

After my second kid, same thing.  So I did it again and it work great! Even better.
Then, here is where it gets tricky.  I had to have three surgery, didn't workout for 6 months ( And I am pretty active) and ended up putting on 30 pounds.

 

 

Then what?

 
Well…..That’s when I when and saw a trainer who recommend I go on that high carb/protein diet.  Pointless to say that I was working out like crazy and not seeing any improvement weightless wise.
So I started researching and reading and tumbled on the Ketogenic Diet.  The more I was reading about it, the more I loved it and the more I realized it was the diet I did after both my kids where born.  I remembered how great I felt, how much productive I was and how much weight I had loss and had no problem maintaining.

Day 1

  • Morning: Bulletproof Coffee

  • Lunch: 1 Cup Ground Beef 80/20 Lean with 3 Tbs of Grass Fed Butter. I cook the Beef in MCT oil.  If you don't like Beef, you can replace by turkey or even Bacon.

  • Afternoon: Ketone drink. I like the one from Perfect Keto or Sports Research. Boost your Ketones level and gives you energy.  FBomb snack.

  • Dinner: 1 Cup Ground Beef 80/20 Lean with 3 Tbs of Grass Fed Butter. I cook the Beef in MCT oil.

  • Bedtime: Organic bedtime tea.


Day 2

  • Bedtime: Organic bedtime tea.

 

Day 3

Day 3
Felling hyper.  I have been very productive and getting things done.  Loving it.  It’s like a rebirth.


Day 4
This morning I woke up hungry which was the first time in 4 days.  Got my Bulletproof coffee and then I was feeling awesome.  No more cravings or starving.

Conclusion:


I shed a total of 7 pounds!!!!!!  Yes you got that right.  7 pounds!  I feel awesome, skinner, full of energy and very productive which is essential for me.  I am loving the ketogenic life and these fasts are easy, and efficient!  It is recommended to do it once a month or whenever you hit a plateau.
